But if you need advice, not a cleaning, and you're able to run water tests and hop on a video call, marine and freshwater biologist and 30-year aquarium industry veteran Chris will walk through your issue live, wherever you are.
The more you can show us, the faster we get to the actual problem. Recent water test results, what's running in your filter, substrate type, tank age, and any recent changes — new fish, new equipment, a dosing change — all help narrow things down quickly instead of spending your session on questions we could've answered beforehand.

For most standard aquarium setups — community tanks, basic planted, typical freshwater troubleshooting. If you're not running CO2 injection, dosing, or a reef system, this is usually enough time to sort out what's going on.
